House rules & safety
General
- • Maximum 9 overnight guests
- • Pets allowed — maximum 2
- • No smoking or vaping inside
- • No parties or events
- • Quiet hours 11 PM – 7 AM
- • No unregistered guests
- • Turn off the AC when leaving a room
- • No street parking in front
- • No illegal substances
- • Only toilet paper in the toilet
- • Respect the neighbors
- • Fully put out the fire torch before bed
Pool
- • No eating or drinking in the pool
- • No diving or jumping
- • Use the stairs to enter
- • Don't step on the waterfall structure
- • Never hang on the glass waterfalls
- • Edges can be slippery
- • Always supervise children and non-swimmers
- • Pool use is at your own risk
Pets
- • Bag all pet waste
- • Put bags in the outdoor garbage
- • No pets on beds or couches
- • Never leave pets alone outside
- • Clean pet bowls before checkout
Children
- • Life jackets are provided
- • Adults are responsible for supervision
- • Never leave children alone near the pool
Checkout
- • Please take out the trash.
- • Please turn off appliances.
- • Please turn off the air conditioning.
- • Please turn off the pool lights before leaving.
- • Please leave the keys inside the lockbox.
- • If possible, please place used towels in the basket. This is optional, but greatly appreciated.
- • If possible, please leave the dishes clean. This is optional, but would be a tremendous help to us. Thank you for your consideration.
- • Please follow the host's departure instructions.
Cancellation
- • 14+ days before check-in: full refund
- • 7–14 days: 50% refund
- • Less than 7 days: non-refundable
